Current Research
Collaborating on the design and implementation of ecological models to estimate the effects of climate, disturbance, and management on individual tree species and forest resources over time. Exploring how USDA Forest Service nation-wide inventory data can be integrated in forest landscape models to help answer research or management questions. Investigating methods to utilize remote sensing data sources such as satellite imagery or LIDAR in models that predict forest stand characteristics.
