Research Interests
Gordon focuses his research on the use of models to address various ecological topics. In particular, he is interested in analyzing interactions between natural and manmade components in our environment and understanding how results can best be used to inform conservation and management decisions. He is also interested in addressing uncertainty when modeling complex systems by incorporating techniques such as sensitivity analyses and scenario planning. Gordon continues to use models to estimate distributions both spatially and over time.Education
